Download the PAVAN app (Android / iOS), allow location access, type your destination, choose a vehicle category, and tap “Confirm & Book.” You’ll see driver details and live tracking instantly.

For the smoothest experience—live tracking, driver chat, in-app payments—you’ll need the mobile app. The website is primarily for information, account management, and support.

Choose from Mini (hatchback), Prime (sedan), XL (SUV), and Prime Electric for eco-friendly trips. All options appear automatically in the app based on vehicle availability near you.

Each fare = base fee + distance rate + time rate. Taxes, tolls, and surge pricing (if demand is very high) are shown upfront before you hit “Book,” so no surprises.

You can pay via UPI, credit/debit cards, Pavan Wallet, or cash. Set a default under Profile → Payments in the app.

Absolutely. Every driver clears police verification and vehicle inspections; rides are insured; and you can share your live trip status with friends or family in one tap.

Yes—up to 7 days ahead. After choosing your destination in the app, tap the calendar icon, pick a date/time, and confirm. We’ll assign a driver automatically 15–20 minutes before pickup.

Visit the Driver Sign-Up page, enter your mobile number, complete the OTP verification, and upload the required documents. Once submitted, our team will review your application.

You’ll need: Valid driver’s license Vehicle registration certificate (RC) Insurance certificate Police verification (if already available) A clear photo of yourself and your vehicle

Typically 2–3 business days after we receive all documents. You’ll get an in-app notification once your account is activated.

As soon as you’re approved, you’ll see your city’s service zone in the Driver app. You can only accept trips that start within your assigned zone.

Open the Driver app, go Online, and wait for trip requests. Tap Accept when a booking pops up. You can go Offline anytime to stop receiving requests.

Earnings = Base fare + Distance fare + Time fare minus the driver commission. Any tolls or parking surcharges are passed through. You’ll see a full fare breakdown in Earnings → Trip Details.

Payouts are auto-processed daily at midnight to your linked bank account. Check Earnings → Payout History in the Driver app for transaction details.

Riders rate you on a 1–5 star scale after each trip. A higher rating unlocks more incentives and priority access to premium ride requests.

Yes—weekly and monthly incentives are based on completed trips, ratings, and peak-hour availability. Details appear under Promotions in the Driver app.
