1. Voluntary and Non-Refundable Contributions
All donations made to Parvatiya Vahan Samarthan Samiti (PVSS) are voluntary and made out of free will. Donors understand that donations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Purpose and Utilization of Donations
Funds donated will be utilized solely for the objectives of the NGO, including but not limited to:
Road safety awareness campaigns
Support for accident victims
Protection of drivers' rights
Driver skill development programs
Emergency support services
Assistance for economically weak pilgrims and senior citizens during the Char Dham Yatra
We ensure responsible and transparent use of funds.
3. No Tax Exemption Under Section 80G / 12A
At present, Parvatiya Vahan Samarthan Samiti is not registered under Section 80G or 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Therefore, donors shall not be eligible to claim any tax exemption against donations made to the organization.
4. Receipt and Documentation
Every donor will receive a receipt for the donation made, which will include:

Amount Donated
Date of Donation
Mode of Payment
Purpose (if specified)
Receipts will be issued via email or printed format within 7 working days of confirmation.
5. Donor Privacy & Data Protection
All personal and payment-related information shared by donors shall be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without consent, unless required by law.

We do not encourage or authorize cash collections unless issued with an official receipt.
7. Use of Donor Name
With donor permission, we may mention donor names in annual reports, thank-you posts, or campaign updates as part of our transparency and gratitude practices. Donors can choose to remain anonymous.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
